EMPLOYEE TRAINING

We begin with an accurate training needs assessment using tools and structured interviews with appropriate company personnel.

This is followed by a professional interpretation of skill-gap needs prioritized by impacts on the business. Next comes consultation and planning with the HR/training team to determine the best courses, interventions and mix of training processes and media which will best build real skills in the targeted groups.

Finally, training delivery is provided over a carefully scheduled time frame using a building block approach and on-the-job measures to determine effectiveness.

HOW WE DO IT

We provide live workshops, small group meetings and web based delivery approaches are utilized as appropriate. Some programs have group or individualized follow up coaching for a period of time after a live session to reinforce and measure individual skill development.

We specialize in the area of the startegy and development of company wide training program design and integration. Corporate University design and set up is one of our specialities.
